The Transition Success Foundation is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Georgia and recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

The foundation exists to support and expand the vision and goals of Transition Success Center by providing critical resources and opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Our Mission
We are committed to removing barriers and enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Through strategic funding and community support, our mission is to:

• Offer scholarships to clients awaiting NOW/COMP waiver approval, ensuring access to high-quality programming without financial hardship.
• Fund building repairs and upgrades to maintain safe, welcoming, and fully accessible spaces that support effective program delivery.
• Subsidize enriching field trips, community outings, and special events that promote independence, social skills, and inclusion.
• Raise awareness and foster partnerships within the local community to advocate for the rights and potential of individuals with disabilities.
• Drive innovation and program growth through grants and community engagement, enabling us to meet evolving needs with excellence.
• We believe in building a foundation of empowerment, equity, and opportunity for every client—ensuring they have the tools and support necessary to thrive in their communities.
